Mindful Athlete Training’s Mental Combine Training Series provides practical tools and takeaways to assist athletes with the challenges of competition, player transition, injury recovery and their overall mental fitness profile. Performance enhancement; the most widely known aspect of sport psychology; is only one area in the expanding field of mental wellness for the athlete in today’s ever-changing playing environment. This virtual training series emphasizes the more important psychological issues that impact the athlete and sport performance. Mindful Athlete Training has designed this series specifically with the athlete in mind. We have created a mental fitness training platform to increase personal awareness, promote acceptance and assist with the real-time application of “game time” strategies for behavioral change. One-on-one training sessions will emphasize modern mental skills, emotional support and weekly homework assignments that emphasize: - Self-Confidence and Self-Esteem - Positive and Negative Thinking - Motivation and Commitment - Goal Setting - Attention and Focus - Stress and Anxiety - Coping Skills - Over-training and Burnout
Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice: Will forfeit that training session as part of their full training package or if purchased as a single session, be charged the full amount for the training session ($150) Similarly, we encourage rescheduling of missed or canceled appointments (even if 24 hours notice was given) so that training benefits are maximized. We also require all athletes to interact with our online appointment reminder system to ensure accurate scheduling and maintain clear communication with administrative staff.
