Dr. Lee Picariello
Founder & CEO
Dr. Lee Picariello is a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialization in sport performance.
A former All-American football player at Lehigh University, Dr. Picariello is an expert in developing attention and focus, reducing performance anxiety and treating the psychological hurdles of the injured athlete. He received his Master’s and Doctorate degrees from LaSalle University focusing his research on mindfulness applications on the athletic field. Dr. Picariello is proficient in biofeedback, a mind-body intervention to assist with peak performance.

Dr. Hunter Stevens
COO & Head of Mental Fitness
Dr. Hunter Stevens is a clinical psychologist with a specialization in sports performance.
A former Division 1 Volleyball player at George Mason University, former Olympic hopeful, and former professional volleyball player, Dr. Stevens is responsible for facilitating and co-leading the MAT team in identifying, understanding, and training the gap in human performance development. In addition to his undergraduate degree from GMU, Dr. Stevens holds a doctoral degree from the Institute of Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University and Master of Business Administration from Widener University’s School of Business.

Jacqueline McBratnie,

Managing Director,
Marketing & New Business Development
A founding team member, Jacqueline McBratnie serves as Director of Marketing and New Business Development for Mindful Athlete Training.
Prior to joining the team, Jacqueline spent over 20 years in Integrated Marketing and Sports Sponsorships for Proctor & Gamble, Kellogg's and the Campbell Soup Company. Across various roles, Jacqueline was responsible for managing and developing partnerships at the national level with the NFL, NASCAR, MLB, NBA, WNBA & MLS.
Jacqueline holds a Bachelors of Science degree & an MBA from the Academy of Food Marketing at St. Joseph’s University.

Devin DeTurk M.S.
Senior Mental Fitness Coach, Intern Coordinator, Head of Social Media
Devin DeTurk is a Mental Fitness Coach for Mindful Athlete Training. A Division 1 runner at the University of Delaware, Devin now leads a variety of research and development efforts for MAT including coordinating with current interns and managing the MAT social media profiles. In addition to these efforts Devin has experience in traditional and non-traditional practices of biofeedback including heart rate variability, EEG neurofeedback and neuromuscular timing.
Devin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Medical Diagnostics from the University of Delaware. Devin earned his Masters of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and is now working towards his doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Jordana Ambros
Mental Fitness Coach
Jordana Ambros is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach at Mindful Athlete Training. Jordana played field hockey for Widener University. Her background of playing at the collegiate level allows her to understand the importance of the mental game motivating her work with other thriving athletes.
Jordana’s goal is to enhance athletes’ comfort level with the mind-body connection, and her energetic and determined personality will be instrumental in taking their performances to the next level. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Widener University.

Ryan Mink M.S.
Mental Fitness Coach
Ryan Mink is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach for Mindful Athlete Training, who works primarily with athletes and non-athletes who exhibit anxiety, depression, OCD, or life transition issues.
Originally from Harleysville, PA, Ryan Mink holds his Bachelor's of Science in psychology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016 and his Master's of Science and Advanced Clinical Studies Degrees in clinical psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2018 and 2020, respectively.

James Wing M.S.
Mental Fitness Coach
James Wing is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach for Mindful Athlete Training. He is very passionate about martial arts and holds the rank of sixth degree black belt in kempo karate and first-degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
James has taught leadership and psychology classes at the university level. Jim embraces chaos and seeks out the challenge of training other to their fullest potential. Leveraging his experience as a martial arts instructor, Jim looks to find the mental warrior in all of us. When he’s not coaching chances are you can catch him in a great pair of cowboy boots! He holds a Master’s in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and is currently pursuing a PsyD degree.

Taylor Golkin M.S.
Mental Fitness Coach
Taylor Golkin is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach who comes from New York with a background in school counseling, clinical psychology, and nutrition. While in New York, Taylor was a personal trainer with a love for helping individuals find passion in fitness while promoting a healthy mental and physical balance through a holistic approach.
Currently, her focus is nutrition and performance as well as stress and anxiety management. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, and developmental disorders. Throughout her experience as a counselor and personal trainer, Taylor has taken a cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness integrated approach to helping clients, which has helped in breaking barriers to social and performance inhibitors and emphasizing recovery. Taylor recieved her Master's from Buffalo University and is currently enrolled in a doctoral degree program at Holy Family University.

Christian Franco M.A.
Mental Fitness Coach
Christian Franco is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach for Mindful Athlete Training. In his time away from coaching, he also works in a family-owned restaurant where he actively engages in the business world as well with the customers. His passion for sports originated from growing up as a Philadelphia sports fan, and this has influenced his desire to thrive in an applied athletic field. Christian is enthusiastic and optimistic in engaging athletes to help better optimize their overall performance, both on and off the field.
Christian graduated from La Salle University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration. He holds a Master’s in Psychology from Immaculate and is currently pursuing a PsyD degree.

Priscilla Wiggins M.Ed
Mental Fitness Coach
Priscilla Wiggins is a Certified Mental Fitness Coach for Mindful Athlete Training. As a Division I soccer player at Stony Brook, Priscilla was a two-time all-conference player and helped lead her team to multiple conference playoff appearances and an NCAA tournament berth. Priscilla is passionate about bridging the gap between mental health and sport performance psychology through holistic training. Using person-centered and cognitive-behavioral approaches, Priscilla aims to instill confidence in clients while challenging them to overcome mental performance barriers.
Priscilla graduated from Stony Brook University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed her Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 2022.

Reagan Jahn
Mindful Athlete Training Certified Coach and MAT Ambassador
A former Division 1 golfer, Reagan graduated in 2019 as the Lehigh University and Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the year with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Psychology. Originally from Jupiter, FL, Reagan was introduced to Mindful Athlete Training while competing for Lehigh University.
Reagan holds the records in Lehigh's women's golf for the lowest single round and lowest recorded 3-day total in the program's history. Reagan is also a graduate of the Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, where she received the Julian Reynolds Award for outstanding career Athlete. Reagan combines two of her passions as she works in the areas of athletics and mental performance with athletes in the Southern Florida area.

Josh McCumber
Mindful Athlete Training Certified Coach and MAT Ambassador
A former Division 1, 2-time All-American golfer at the University of Florida, Josh was a 2x US Open qualifier in 2005 and 2009 while competing on the Korn Ferry Tour. He is also professional golf, coach, and consultant & the founder of the McCumber Golf Academy and the McCumber Golf experience. Residing in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Josh has been playing golf almost all of his life.
He has been around the game at the highest level and has learned from the best players and instructors in the game. Because of his experiences coaching and playing, Josh relates to his students on many levels and understands the importance of the mental game. Josh's mind-body approach to golf is a perfect complement to his role as MAT ambassador and certified MAT coach.

Jessica Ferdinand
Mental Fitness Coach
Jessica Ferdinand is the utility player for Mindful Athlete Training. In her three years with MAT, Jessica has held roles including BioFeedback Tech to podcast co-producer. Jessica is now a Mental Strength Coach.
Jessica obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Temple University, and is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Psychology at Holy Family University. Jessica’s theoretical orientation is centered around Cognitive Behavior Therapy with a strong emphasis on Mindfulness. Upon finishing her Masters degree, Jessica intends to pursue a Ph.D., with a research focus on human performance.

Michael DiMarco
Digital Content Producer
Michael DiMarco leads Mindful Athlete's video, audio, and photo production team.
With experience working in Atlanta and Philadelphia for ESPN, HBO, and MTV, Michael has dedicated his career to creating memorable entertaining content that resonates with his consumer targets. At Mindful Athlete Training, Michael is tasked with taking scientific jargon and making understandable to the rest of us.
Michael holds a BA in Communications from West Chester University and Masters in Fine Arts from Full Sail University.

Ryan Moretti
Research & Development, Sports Analytics
Ryan Moretti is a Research and Development Analyst for Mindful Athlete Training. Ryan's role includes researching statistics and biofeedback technology and building predictive sport analytic models to support Holistic Performance Theory.
In addition to his role at MAT, Ryan also serves as the Coordinator of Baseball Operations & Player Development at Iona College. Prior to joining MAT, Ryan worked for both the Detroit Tigers and Baltimore Orioles.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from Springfield College.
